Beaten last weekend ( 1-3 ) by HFX Wanderes FC, FC Edmonton has again broken the teeth ( 0-2 ), Friday night, for its sixth game in the Canadian Premier League. The blue and white club is still not able to play well and has now gone six games in a row without a win in the league.
FC Edmonton was surprised in the first half by the visitors in the last 15 minutes by Joseph Joe Mason ( 30′, 1-0 ) and Ali Adem Musse four minutes later ( 34′ ,2-0 ). The third goal of the game was an own goal in the 88th minute by 20-year-old defender Cale Loughrey, on loan from FC Forge.
It is important to note that Grenadier Bicou Bissainthe was on the bench throughout the game. With 3 points out of 18, FC Edmonton is still in last place, while its tormentor of the day, FC Cavalry climbs to third place with 8 units.
