In the sixteenth day of the Canadian Premier League, FC Valour traveled to Ottawa to face Atletico, one of the best teams this season. The match ended in a one-all tie on Wednesday night at TD Place Stadium.

After 3 consecutive wins, FC Valour and Andrew Jean Baptiste were unable to keep up the momentum and were slowed down at Atletico (1-1). From the beginning, FC Valour gave their opponent a fright by opening the score with a penalty from Moses John Dyer (10′, 0-1). The advantage did not last long, Phillip Dos Santos’ men were quickly caught up with the score on a penalty converted by Vladimir Moragrega in the 15th minute (15′, 1-1). It is on this score that both teams go to the break.

The situation did not change after the break, neither team managed to make the difference to win. The two formations left each other back to back at the end of the regulation time.

In the standings, FC Valour is in 5th place with 20 points and has two games in hand. The Ottawa boys are 2nd with 26 points.
