Thursday night was painful for the Warriors on their floor of the Chase Center where the band of Jason Tatum, Jaylen Brown and Al Horford created the surprise by beating Golden States with a 12 pts difference (120-108).
For the first game of the seven-game series, the Boston Celtics took the lead by creating a sensation thanks to the remarkable performance of Al Horford and Jaylen Brown, who between them totaled 50 points in the game.
And despite the 34 pts of Stephen Curry and 20 pts of Andrew Wiggins, the Warriors could not succeed in their entry in these 2022 NBA finals, losing the first game on their floor. Next game this Sunday, June 5, still at the Chase Center. Steeve Kerr’s men will have to play hard not to record a second consecutive defeat which would make their task very complicated.
