The 34-year-old Akron, OH native had missed a semester and re-enrolled in school for the spring semester before graduating unofficially from Davidson College.
The Warriors’ point guard attended the North Carolina-based institution from 2006 to 2009.
He is arguably the best player in Davidson College history for his monster performances on the floor.
Stephen Curry’s graduation will likely result in his number being retired at Davidson, according to ESPN.
”13 years after entering the NBA, Stephen Curry is a college graduate,” his Golden State Warriors team rejoiced on Twitter.
The famous record holder of three points in the history of the NBA ”Stephen (Curry ed.) has completed his last semester of classes this spring and will receive a Bachelor of Arts with a major in sociology from Davidson College” wrote the California franchise resuming the information released by the host institution.
”Congratulations to the Class of 2022,” the Steeve Ker-coached team concluded.
