This Saturday during the thirteenth day of the MLS Next Pro, Eastern Conference, the reserve of the Inter of Miami FC signed an important success against the reserve of Chicago Fire (3-1) with a new goal of Shanyder Borgelin, substitute at the kick-off.

After their 4-0 victory against Cincinatti II, Inter Miami B had another victim by beating Chicago Fire B this Saturday, a match counting for the thirteenth episode of the Major League Soccer Next Pro and Eastern Conference. Trailing early on a goal by Missael Rodriguez (8′, 0-1), the reserve of the Miami Inter had no choice but to reverse the situation! Fortunately the reaction was immediate thanks to two goals from Shaan Hundal and Lawson Connery Sunderland (13′, 17′, 2-1), the last named was an assistant on the equalizer. Score at half time.

Shanyder Borgelin, who entered the game in the 62nd minute, made the difference for the Inter of Miami reserve by bringing the score to 3-1 following a pass from David Beckham’s second son, Romero Beckham (78′, 3-1). It is the fifth goal of the 20-year-old Grenadian this season in the league in 13 appearances.

Bryan Destin, who was present with the Haitian U20 soccer team in Honduras during the last qualifying phase for the World Cup Indonesia 2023, came in for Romero Beckham at 90+2.

After 13 days of league play, the B team of Inter of Miami is 7th with 16 points, 2 points from the Top 4. Next Sunday, July 10, the youngsters of Inter of Miami will play away against Orlando City II in the next round.
