WFK Rubin Kazan came from behind to salvage a 1-1 draw against WFC Zenith St. Petersburg on Saturday 28 May in the 13th round of the Russian Women’s Premier League, thanks in particular to a new goal by Schwendesky Joseph.

After a narrow success last weekend on the lawn of Rayzan with a goal of Schwendesky Joseph, the Haitian player was once again decisive for her club which held in check this Saturday in displacement the girls of Zenit Saint Petersburg, solid leader of the Russian women’s soccer championship (1-1). The two goals of the match were scored in the first half. Schwendesky Joseph opened the score at the 7th minute of the game before Gabriel Grzywinski equalized 8 minutes later for the hosts (1-1, 15′). The second act did not witness any goal.

Thanks to their good draw at Zenit St. Petersburg (1-1), WFK Rubin Kazan is 7th in the ranking with 9 points. On June 4, Schwendesky Joseph’s teammates will host WFC Yenisey, 6th in the ranking.
