The Haitian male amputee soccer team left the country on Wednesday for the United States to face the local team in a friendly. This match is part of the preparation for the World Cup Turkey 2022.

In order to better prepare for the World Cup Turkey, which will take place in October 2022, the amputee grenadiers left this Wednesday the capital of Haiti (Port-au-Prince) to the United States with a delegation consisting of only 8 people including 5 players and a goalkeeper, the president of the AHFA, Francillon Chéry and the head of the technical staff of the team, Rochenel Pierre. This Thursday, Saviola Charles will join the rest of the delegation in Miami. Note that 5 expatriate players were already in Miami waiting for the team.

For its first evaluation test before Turkey 2022, the Haitian men’s amputee soccer selection will play this Saturday against the United States at 6 pm, at the Park Emmanuel Sanon in Miami.
